What is the Islamic judgement on exposing your private parts to others?
Question: What is the verdict of the Islamic scholars on this matter where one person comes in front of every other person with his obscene body parts [satr ghaliz] open, how is that? State and be rewarded.

Answer:
He is a transgressor [fasiq], immoral [fajir] and deserves severe punishment. In the hadith, he is cursed,
لعن اﷲ الناظر والمنظور الیه
Allah’s curse is upon the one who shows it and the one who looks at it.1
al-Bayhaqi reported it without a chain referring to Hasan from the Prophet (peace be upon him). And Allah knows best.
